Information: The GAT-X102 Duel Gundam is one of the four Gundam mobile suits stolen from the Earth Alliance by ZAFT. A very standard unit, carrying only beam sabers, beam rifles, and head vulcans. Its strength however lies in its Assualt Shroud, a form where the Duel Gundam puts on additional armor for more defensive capabilities, as well as greater power.The Duel Gundam is piloted by gun-ho coordinator Isaac Joele, and is, ironically, the most dangerous adversary to Kira and the Archangel crew, aside from Aslan Zara himself. Despite his skill, Isaac simply cannot match up to Strike Gundam's abilities or Kira's surprisingly strong abilities as a coordinator. The Duel Gundam becomes heavily damaged in a battle with Strike Gundam Aile Mode, forcing Isaac to refit Duel Gundam with Armor Mode to compensate for it's weaknesses.
