Information: The GAT-X103 Buster Gundam is one of the four Gundam mobile suits stolen from the Earth Alliance by ZAFT. Focused heavily on long-range combat, the Buster Gundam carries a two heavy gun weapons, one a high-energy rifle for piercing strong armor and the other a battleship grade gun launcher for taking out multiple targets in one shot. For anti-MS and anti-aircraft combat, the Buster is equipped with two missle launchers, each carrying six missles. And finally, the two gun weapons can be merged into one powerful cannon, with energy focused on either the high-energy rifle or the gun launcher depending on the pilot's decision. Despite all this, the Buster Gundam lacks the melee weapons and head vulcans that the other four Gundams sport, causing it to be easy pickings at close-range. The Buster Gundam is piloted by the ironically rather laid back Diakka Estleman and is mostly seen fighting alongside Isaac Joele's Duel Gundam or Nichol Amal's Blitz Gundam, in order to compensate for the Buster's close-range inability.
